Delivery & Shipping

We offer standard shipping options. The applicable charges and delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and select the best option for your needs.

Shipping Policy: We offer standard shipping options across the UAE. The shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Return Policy: We do not accept returns. However, if the item you received is damaged, we will provide a replacement. Please notify our customer service team within one day of receiving the item to arrange for the replacement.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we cover the entire UAE and ensure prompt delivery within the country.

Payments

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit card, apple pay and google Pay.

Cash on delivery is currently not accepted

We currently don’t charge any extra TAX charges for any item in lume.ae shop.

Cancel & Returns

We do not accept returns. However, if the item you received is damaged, we will provide a replacement. Please notify our customer service team within one day of receiving the item to arrange for the replacement.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, you can change your order within the same day of placing it by notifying our customer service team. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary changes.
